General:
I will start within 30 business days. It may take me up to 2 - 6 weeks to complete the commission. This may vary depending on the complexity of the commission and my schedule. I am still a full-time student with a part-time job, so please keep in mind! If there is a deadline that requires the commission to be completed quickly, there may be a rush fee.

Payment/Ordering:
♡︎ Upfront payment required unless discussed otherwise
♡︎ I will work with either 100% upfront or 50% at the beginning, 50% after you’re fully satisfied with the final result. Just let me know in advance what works for you. Just some form of payment has to happen before I begin
♡︎ The prices listed are in USD. I accept payment through Venmo or PayPal. Whichever works best for you.
♡︎ References are appreciated but not necessary; however, a commission without a reference may incur an additional fee to be discussed
♡︎ It is the client’s responsibility to provide important and/or specific details of the character they want
Pricing may go up depending on the complexity of the character, pose, or overall composition of the artwork
♡︎ I have the full right to decline/reject any commission order that I am uncomfortable with

Revisions:

♡︎ I will send WIPs throughout the commission. Progress photos include sketch/lineart, flat color, and pre-rendering stage.
♡︎ Customers are free to ask for wips at any time!
♡︎ Revisions are allowed only in the initial stages of work. Any major changes after I start rendering/coloring will cost an additional fee.
♡︎ If there are any major details that I missed, feel free to reach out, and I will fix it free of charge.

Refunds/Cancellations:
♡︎ If you wish to cancel your commission, please notify me about it as soon as possible. Refunds will be given according to the chart/grid below and are dependent on my progress.
No progress: 100%
sketch/rough draft: 75%
lineart/base color: 50%
overpaint/rendering: 0%
♡︎ Completed commissions cannot be refunded (this includes sketch commissions)

Usage:
♡︎ I retain rights to my artwork and may use it however I see fit, unless discussed otherwise.
♡︎ I have the rights to post wips and finished works in my social medias and portfolio.
♡︎ Clients may not claim the work as their own or anyone else’s.
♡︎ The commissioned artwork will be for personal use only (posting on social media, icon, header, banner, etc, is okay if tagged/credited).
♡︎ Please do not crop out or remove my signature/watermark.
♡︎ Do not use for nfts/AI under any circumstances

Other:
♡︎ Please note that my style is constantly evolving, so the end product may be slightly different to the references you see.
♡︎ You will receive a high-resolution png file shared through email, nothing physical will be delivered.
(Unless you commission a physical drawing on the grey paper, then we will discuss shipping options)
